Getting Started

To immediately begin receiving your books, we recommend RFB&D's AudioAccess downloadable audio textbooks. Get started by logging in now, or visit our AudioAccess Technical Support website for more information and help.

RFB&D offers a range of training support materials for all of the CD players and software packages we offer, including:

• A series of visual Quick Reference Guides, all on colorful tri-fold cards showing photos and explanations of button and key commands
• Accessible audio instructions that come with each player
• Accessible tutorials that come with all software packages
• An accessible interactive audiobook training CD tool that contains training tutorials for most of our players, in pictures and in sound

One of the most common problems we encounter is a member not knowing what "code" to enter in the software or CD playback machines: it is 7323# for the playback machines and 7323 in the software.
